I work well with clients of various stages of life working through transitioning to the next stages of life rather that be adjusting to loss, moving through the stages of life, new job, new relationship, or just adjusting to day-to-day changes.

I have an extensive background working with clients with various levels of anxiety and depression and work with clients on recognizing triggers and developing healthy coping skills.

I have extensive knowledge in working with immigrants and families through diverse faith backgrounds, and various stages of the immigration process ranging from undocumented to reaching citizenship.

I utilize CBT to assist clients in changing maladaptive thoughts and behaviors to more healthy patterns of behaviors and coping.

I assist clients in writing out their stories to promote healing in various forms ranging from letter writing, life story, or simply putting their thoughts and feelings on paper to process.
