Hi, I'm Katie! I love helping women overcome anxiety, heal from trauma, create fulfilling relationships, and live the life you want to live. Together we learn what is important to you, what gets in the way of your needs and wants, how to use anxiety, depression, or other symptoms as superpowers not obstacles, and how to create a life you were meant to live. You learn how to show up for yourself in ways that feel authentic and fulfilling. You not only overcome your anxiety, loneliness, depression, or hopelessnes, but you create a holistically mentally healthy life that ripples into other areas of your wellbeing, your relationships, your career, and community. You become the best version of yourself by learning to accept yourself fully, turn your challenges into strengths, and show up for youself every day. I use a variety of science-backed and cutting edge therapies to help you achieve your goals. Therapy can be one session, a few months, or years, depending on your own needs.
