About My Clients

I am a licensed psychologist with expertise in working with individuals and couples seeking to strengthen their relationships, whether they are navigating conflict, communication challenges, major life transitions, or intimacy concerns. Many of the people I support feel stuck in unhelpful patterns and are looking for a path toward deeper connection, greater emotional security, and long-term relationship health.

My Background and Approach

I am a licensed psychologist specializing in relationship health. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT) and Cognitive Behavioral Couple Therapy (CBCT). I take a collaborative, structured, and affirming approach to helping couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection. Therapy with me is active and goal-oriented, balancing emotional understanding with practical skill-building to support lasting relationship health. I am authorized via PSYPACT to provide services in: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
