About My Clients

Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Whether you're adjusting to life with chronic illness, working through ADHD, reproductive health issues, or past trauma, I’m here to help. If you’re ready to align your actions with your thoughts and move forward, I offer support through empathy, warmth, and authenticity. Therapy is a space where you can laugh, cry, and say anything—no such thing as TMI here. Let’s work together to create the change you want.

My Background and Approach

I have a PsyD in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in health psychology. My practice is integrative and adaptable, pulling from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapies, self-compassion-based techniques, and more. I specialize in chronic illness, trauma, ADHD, and women's health, and my approach is individualized to each client’s unique needs. You’ll gain practical tools for navigating your challenges, such as emotional regulation techniques, mindful self-compassion, and ways to align your actions with personal values. Together, we’ll work to improve your quality of life and empower you to find resilience, strength, and meaning, regardless of your circumstances. I understand that every person’s journey is unique, and I provide a warm, inclusive environment to explore your experiences. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself and equipped to handle life’s complexities.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe deeply in creating a therapeutic space that affirms neurodiversity, embraces body positivity, and actively works to dismantle ableism. Outside of the therapy room, I support LGBTQ+ rights, the Black Lives Matter movement, and health equity initiatives. I strive to ensure clients feel seen, respected, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey. It’s crucial to acknowledge the impacts of societal discrimination on well-being, avoiding further harm from biases and microaggressions. Every aspect of your identity is important to me and our work together. Let’s work together to build a space where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered—reach out today to start your journey. As a bonus, since our sessions are virtual, you’ll get two bonus “therapists” with me—my dogs (Pippi and Mika)! They love to pop their heads in from time to time, bringing an extra dose of cuteness to your day. 🐾
