About My Clients
Life brings change at every stage, and sometimes we need support finding our footing along the way. I work with teens finding their voice, adults navigating life transitions and grief, couples looking for direction, and families wanting to better understand and listen to one another. Whether you’re grieving a loss, adjusting to a new season, struggling to communicate, or feeling stuck in your relationships, therapy can be a space to slow down, feel heard, and find a way forward together.
My Background and Approach
As a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, I approach therapy through a relational and systemic lens, meaning we’ll look beyond just “what’s wrong” and explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped where you are today. My approach is collaborative, curious, and tailored to you. I draw from narrative, acceptance-based, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness practices to help you better understand yourself, communicate what you need, and develop practical tools for the moments that feel overwhelming. Whether we’re working individually, as a couple, or as a family, my goal is to create a space where we can be honest about what isn’t working, recognize what already is, and work together toward meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as you are—not as who you think you’re supposed to be. I value curiosity over judgment and believe that feeling heard and understood can create space for meaningful change. I strive to create an inclusive and affirming environment for people of all identities, backgrounds, beliefs, relationships, and family structures.
