My Background and Approach
As a therapist who works with kids, teens, young adults, & families who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, stress, & transitions, I believe people are resilient and have the strength to overcome whatever is holding them back. It's my hope to help people access that strength and knock down the barriers that are getting in the way of the life they want. Therapy should be a place where people feel safe, heard, and supported. Sessions with me are about learning, processing, healing, and growing. You are in control as we work together to reach your goals. You don’t have to continue to struggle with anxiety and self-doubt.
