About My Clients
I specialize in helping couples and individuals experience greater connection, authenticity, and love in their relationships. With couples, my goal is to help them feel seen, known and loved by their partner and to ultimately feel like best friends again. With individuals, I am passionate about helping them explore relationship trauma, attachment wounds, relationship insecurities, dating challenges and experiencing clarity around harmful and unproductive patterns in their relationships.
My Background and Approach
I have a MA in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from University of San Francisco. I have completed specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples. I am also an Accredited Enneagram Practitioner through the Integrative Enneagram. My training has emphasized the importance of connecting with others in ways that feel authentic and meaningful. I value understanding individuals' and couples' core relational wounds to help increase love, connection, and empathy in their lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In my practice, I am committed to making sure people feel fully heard, understood, and known before jumping into solutions or "fixing". I work hard with couples to ensure both individuals feel seen, validated and most importantly emotionally safe, rather than isolated and further alone in their relationship. I know the power that community and connection with others can have in one's life. For this reason, I have made it my mission as a therapist to not only increase the amount of connection one feels in their life but ensure that those connections are meaningful, deep, and authentic.
