About My Clients

My goal is to help people lead a more satisfying, compassionate, and authentic existence. My clients are folks who embrace their humanness and gather the courage to work through the root cause of their pain & recognize how it is showing up in the present moment. I work with adult individuals struggling with religious trauma, sexual abuse trauma, & grief. I also work with LGBTQIA+ teens (16+) who are struggling with identity, sexual orientation, & the stress of being a queer kid in this world.

My Background and Approach

I am a Pre-Licensed Clinician who graduated from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology in 2024 with an M.A. in Counseling Psychology. Prior to starting this journey to become a counselor, I was a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant working with sensory processing disorders for 3.5 years. My previous career along with my personal journey led me to discover my passion for healing and wellness. Though I previously worked with children, I am now transitioning to providing services to adolescents and adults.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My hope is that you will find our sessions to be an empathetic, non-judgmental space for you to be radically honest and explore your authentic self. I believe each of us has an inner wisdom working to help guide us toward healing. I look forward to the work we will do together.
