Many people experience an episode of depression, even if it’s not a clinically diagnosable case. I’ve worked with countless clients to overcome their depressive symptoms utilizing CBT, behavioral activation, Adlerian style and others.

Anxiety is one of the most prevalent issues people face, especially in this uncertain time. I have treated many clients with symptoms of anxiety including generalized anxiety disorder and specific phobias.
