About My Clients

I’ve worked with clients age 5-71 with myriad goals. I specialize in childhood trauma, substance abuse and relationship issues. I have advanced training in trauma informed therapy. I also have experience with depression and anxiety.

My Background and Approach

I obtained a Master’s in Counseling Psychology in 2017. I began working in substance abuse Treatment in 2013. To better assist my clients I have participated in advanced training in trauma informed counseling through ISTSS, completed ETT and MRT trainings and continue to seek continuing education to stay up to date on the most effective treatments. My approach to therapy is generally psychodynamic and Adlerian. I believe that our experiences shape the lens through which we view the world.
