About My Clients
Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or relationship/family difficulties, I will work collaboratively with you to develop personalized strategies for healing and resilience. I offer short and long term treatment for clients of all ages including children/adolescents, parent training, and family therapy.
My Background and Approach
I received my doctorate in Clinical and School Psychology (Psy.D) from Pace University. I also have experience working in schools, residential treatment centers, foster care agencies, and have been working in private practice for five years. I believe that everyone deserves to be heard, validated, and understood, and am dedicated to fostering a strong therapeutic alliance based on trust and mutual respect. Drawing from a range of evidence-based techniques, each session is tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of every client.
