My Background and Approach
My approach is holistic, relational & trauma-informed. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based practices to support healthy & effective coping. Such work may include Mindfulness-Based techniques, CBT, Somatic Awareness, Attachment Psychology, EMDR, Nervous System Regulation, & breathwork, all aimed at helping you to strengthen your internal resources.
