About My Clients
Dedicated to supporting individuals navigating trauma, offering specialized therapy for therapists, and providing essential clinical supervision for Nebraska-based therapists. Committed to fostering resilience, healing, and professional growth in a safe and nurturing environment. Ready to empower clients on their journey towards personal and professional transformation.
My Background and Approach
As someone deeply passionate about trauma-focused therapy, I am committed to supporting individuals on their healing journey. My approach incorporates the transformative power of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), providing a safe space for clients to process and overcome traumatic experiences. Furthermore, I have a strong desire to offer therapy tailored specifically for therapists, recognizing the unique challenges they face in their profession. Through specialized therapy, I aim to provide fellow therapists with the support and tools they need to navigate their own emotional well-being and professional growth. In addition to my client work, I am dedicated to offering clinical supervision for therapists in Nebraska. I understand the importance of ongoing support and guidance for therapists as they navigate complex cases and further develop their skills. Through clinical supervision, I aim to empower therapists to provide the highest quality care to their clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist at Blue Elephant Counseling, I'm deeply committed to trauma-focused therapy and supporting individuals on their healing journey. With a personal understanding of ADHD, I'm passionate about promoting neurodiversity and providing inclusive care. In addition to my clinical work, I'm dedicated to supervising and mentoring other clinicians, fostering growth and collaboration within the field. Outside of my practice, I actively contribute to Blue Elephant's mission to reach rural and frontier Nebraska, promoting education and emotional intelligence through various platforms including YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Through our blog, we provide valuable mental health information to communities that may otherwise lack access to such resources.
