My Background and Approach
I graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio University and earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Towson University in Maryland. Since individuality is important, my counseling style embodies an integrative approach; I utilize a variety of techniques best suited to each client. As such, the techniques and guidance I provide is heavily rooted in current research, and I strive to not only supply you with skills but to also educate you on why they are effective. Overall, my goal is to authentically make therapy an organic process by creating an accepting and validating environment within every session. I heavily value collaboration and transparency, and I want you to be a partner in your own mental health journey!
