About My Clients

You crave conversations about the universe, meaning, and purpose. You feel most alive and at peace while creating. Discussing the weather kills your soul a bit. People keep telling you you're in the "prime of your life" and you still have no idea wtf you're doing, and kinda feel like a hot mess. You also secretly wish that iced coffee you get every morning is just going to magically solve all your problems...I get it. Young adulthood can be kind of a mess and it sure isn't talked about enough.

My Background and Approach

I've been working with college students in some capacity since 2016. My specialities include the use of art in counseling, grief, depression, anxiety, women's issues, relationships, life changes, and searching for purpose and meaning with clients.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am LGTBQIA friendly, kink friendly, I believe in the BLM (Black lives matter) movement, and I firmly believe in the HAES (Health at all sizes) movement. I want everyone, from any walk of life to feel welcome, seen, and understood in my office. Counselors have an ethical duty to be actively involved in and aware of politics in order to understand how current/future legislation may impact my clients. I take that very seriously and do my best to show up politically for anything that may hurt the people I work with.
