I work primarily with individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+, children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I enjoy working with people exploring identity, navigating life transitions, and experiencing anxiety/depression and trauma, as well as providing play/expressive therapy.

I aim to create a collaborative and compassionate environment during my sessions, striving to provide a non-judgmental, affirming, and person-centered approach to my practice. I utilize creativity and mindfulness to help clients feel safe expressing their authentic selves, showing up however they are, and sharing their stories.
