About My Clients
My clients are often navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, self-doubt, or the pressure of trying to hold everything together. Some feel stuck in patterns they can't seem to break, while others are struggling to understand themselves or connect more effectively with the people they care about. Whether you're a teen, young adult, or part of a couple, I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where you can feel understood, challenged, and empowered to grow
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I view mental health through a relational lens. While our thoughts, emotions, and experiences are deeply personal, they don't develop in isolation. We are shaped by our relationships, our families, our life experiences, and the ways we've learned to connect with others. A foundational part of my work involves helping clients better understand these influences. Together, we may explore how your upbringing has impacted your attachment style, communication patterns, sense of self, and relationships. By developing insight into these dynamics, many clients find they are better able to navigate current challenges, build healthier connections, and respond to themselves with greater compassion. I believe deeply in the power of human connection and in the importance of feeling seen, understood, and supported. My approach is collaborative, curious, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we can better understand both ours
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that mental health is shaped not only by our individual experiences, but also by our relationships, communities, identities, and the larger systems we live within. As a therapist, I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered to explore their experiences without judgment. I am committed to providing LGBTQ+ affirming care and deeply value diversity, inclusion, and social equality. I recognize that factors such as family dynamics, cultural expectations, discrimination, and social pressures can have a significant impact on emotional well-being. At the heart of my work is a belief in human connection. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and build lives that feel authentic, meaningful, and aligned with their values.
