About My Clients
I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of trauma—whether rooted in early experiences, relationships, or the challenges of daily life. In our first sessions, we'll take time to build trust and understanding, creating a plan that feels both manageable and meaningful. Together, we'll work toward restoring a sense of control, confidence, and balance. I am happy to work with clients of all ages (13+) and backgrounds.
My Background and Approach
I’ve spent much of my career working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and the unique challenges of co-occurring disorders. Using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care, I tailor each session to meet your individual needs. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, grounded, and restorative, a place where healing can take root and lasting change can grow. I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to land, a space where you’re met with warmth, curiosity, and respect. You are the expert in your own life; my role is to walk alongside you, helping you uncover patterns, build new skills, and move toward the life you want to live. Healing takes courage, but you don’t have to do it alone.
