I love helping people get back on track. I can help people feeling anxious, struggling with panic attacks, to reclaim a sense of peace and calm. I love helping people recovering from a trauma, whether it's sexual assault, emotional abuse, or something else, find their sense of safety again and move forward in life. Together we will work to find healing at the root of your problem, so you can move forward and thrive in life.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and Colorado. I offer telehealth to residents of both states. My expertise is in trauma recovery, especially chronic abuse such as childhood sexual abuse and emotional abuse. I utilize EMDR when appropriate, and rely on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and narrative therapy in my approach with clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we are all made for relationships. We need to have positive connections with other people. I want to help you know yourself better in order to have deeper, meaningful relationships with others. I am a Christian, but I work with people from any faith background.
