About My Clients
I work with clients from all walks of life who may be struggling with anything from depression to PTSD. During our first session, we will complete our assessment to gather a more comprehensive background and to get to know each other. From there, we will go over what your goals are in counseling to ensure we address your concerns in a way individualized to you. I currently only offer telehealth sessions that are conducted via Zoom.
My Background and Approach
I have a passion for working with individuals of all ages who are struggling with, but not limited to; stress and anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, and other phase of life issues. My approach to therapy involves utilizing Person-Centered Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to create an environment of problem-solving by building on personal interests and strengths. However, I adapt my approaches to best suit the needs of my clients!
