Insight Wellness therapists will assist you in identifying triggers and examining your thinking patterns. Together we use your strengths to change how you handle stress, face problems, and overcome challenges. We begin our journey where you are, addressing current issues; learning to identify, manage, and prepare for a brighter future.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach focuses on identifying and challenging current thinking patterns, as well as past familial and personal experiences to change lives from the inside out. I remain present, grounded, and attuned in session, adapting services to meet the needs of my clients. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. Over the years, I have completed additional training in various areas including extensive Eating Disorder training both individual and group therapy, following somatic treatment methods and Health At Every Size (HAES) Principles. In addition, I have completed Mindfulness Meditation Certificate, TF-CBT, CPT, DBT trainings, extensive Polyvagal Theory trainings & SSP as a Cerified Remote SSP Facilitor. I completed Trauma Certification - Level 1 with the Ferentz Institute as well as completing EMDR Level 1 & 2 Training and applying for certification.
