Living life on life’s terms with our own unique lived experiences can be different levels of stressful at any given time. If it has come to a point where the quality of your relationships, school and/or work performance have suffered or declined it might be time to get some outside help. Sometimes it’s a matter of not understanding how our past experiences have affected us, not being able to define what ‘safe’ is, or what a healthy relationship even looks like.

This can certainly contribute to our unhealthy habits and behaviors and leave us feeling hopeless and helpless. I believe in complete transparency, honesty, and openness. Patience is key, a sense of control, balance, and self-confidence are among the best feelings we can experience but unfortunately, they don’t manifest overnight. It’s a process, it’s possible, it’s never too late if you’re ready.
