My style is strength-based, judgement-free and playful. My goal is to help you identify and change patterns, work on interpersonal struggles and develop self-awareness.

My background is in helping individuals deal with the anxiety that is often below dysfunctional behaviors. In our work, you will gain greater self awareness and knowledge that you can apply to your life. During therapy, you can expect to gain new skills and insights and even have a laugh or two!
