About My Clients
I work with people navigating nontraditional relationship structures. These nontraditional relationship structures may look like polycules, queer relationships, platonic relationships, dynamics rooted in kink or BDSM, and more. Clients may be looking to navigate changes, grief, anxiety, depression, addiction and more. My deep understanding of power dynamics, both systemic and interpersonal, guide my work with Kink/BDSM clients, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those healing from trauma.
My Background and Approach
Drawing from Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Somatic Therapy, I support clients in building insight and awareness of their internal landscape while reconnecting with their bodies. Once this insight and awareness is found, we move into the action phase of therapy. Together, we’ll revisit your goals and reflect on the patterns that shape how you move through the world with the intention of fostering clarity, connection, and healing throughout our time together. I earned my Master’s in Family Therapy degree from Thomas Jefferson University. Here I specialized in sex therapy which included coursework that focused on intimate relationships and how this translates into sexuality. While at TJU, I completed my clinical training at Council for Relationships, where I supported a diverse caseload of individuals, couples and families. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in corporate America.
