My Background and Approach
I am a compassionate clinician with over 30 years of experience counseling adults of all ages in medical and mental health settings. I utilize a variety of approaches that keep your specific needs in mind. I draw upon a variety of modalities tailored to your individual needs utilizing insight oriented, mindfulness based, compassion focused and cognitive behavioral therapeutic approaches. Therapy is an opportunity to explore the thoughts, feelings and experiences that shape our inner world. Together we will find the strength and resilience in you to help you heal from past wounds and find a happier path forward. We will explore coping skills that will work for short and long term healing.
