My Background and Approach
I use a wide variety of modalities and will tailor a treatment plan based on what your needs are. I use a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy and solution focused therapy with those I work with. As an Asian American therapist, I aim to break the stigma of seeking therapy. Exploring how ones culture intersects with their mental health is a conversation I am always having. Whether you are needing support with anxiety, your relationships, or even motherhood - let's put down all the hats you're wearing, slow things down and learn how to take care of you.
