There are proven ways of coping with stress and anxiety and you don’t have to deal with it alone. Together, we will explore your fears and understand the stressors in your life. We will use evidence-based techniques to help you quiet the anxious thoughts and cope with the stress. By confronting your anxiety in a supportive environment, you can overcome the challenges in your life.

We offer comprehensive ADHD testing to determine whether you or your child has ADHD. It can also rule out other explanations for ADHD-like symptoms. We take a careful approach, gathering all the necessary information so that you can be confident in the results. We also provide therapy to help clients manage ADHD symptoms, and we work with children, teens, and adults.

We offer assessments for IQ, academic performance, ADHD, learning disorders (e.g., dyslexia, dyscalculia), memory, and learning style. We also offer comprehensive assessments that look at the complete picture of you, including strengths and weaknesses. These assessments can be used for diagnosis, treatment planning, educational placement, or just to have a better understanding of yourself or your child. We conduct assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.

We tailor our approach to meet the needs of each couple. Most couples benefit from an approach that combines learning new skills (e.g., communicating more effectively) with space to work through issues in therapy and practice using these new skills. Couples counseling tends to focus on three areas: (1) strengthening the couple’s friendship, (2) helping the couple more effectively engage with conflict, and (3) helping the couples navigate questions around life goals and values.
