About My Clients
I enjoy working with female clients who want to manage their stress better and discover ways to live a healthier and more authentic life. Wellness takes on-going practice and I hope to normalize and validate the challenges of life while helping nudge you in the direction of positive change.
My Background and Approach
I work collaboratively with clients from a strength-based, whole person perspective. I am a balance of support and challenge in navigating the process of change. I specialize in managing stress, coping with anxiety, building self-confidence, grief and loss, and improving relationships. We will work together to identify what is going well (that you don't want to change) and what needs improvement. I believe in not messing with the good stuff and making the not so good stuff less impactful to your life. I love a good rule of three. I ask that you give us at least three sessions to see if we are a good fit and to explore what would be most helpful for you in the therapeutic process. We will then identify three areas of focus for our time together that can be adjusted as we go, but it gives us direction and intention for our work together.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in women's empowerment and equitable rights for all. Oh, and I love my dog and am grateful for her every day!
