About My Clients
My clients are survivors of events that were out of their control. People who have pushed through a ton of pain to get to where they are today. My clients are angry, numb and grieving for the life they deserved to have. My clients are tough and resilient. They love EMDR and see a ton of healing and relief from the hard work they do in and out of the sessions.
My Background and Approach
Teacher, educator, coach and therapist have all given me the tools to know how to communicate and help you achieve your goals in counseling. I provide you hope and support during times of transition and uncertainty. I use a variety of methods to meet your needs. (not everyone loves EMDR- but I DO!) I work to give you the tools you need to EMPOWER YOURSELF to make the PERSONAL GROWTH you desire.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I BELIEVE EVERYONE CAN HEAL WITH THE THEIR OWN GIFTS. Sometimes you just need someone to hold up a mirror so you can see the amazing being that you are.
