About My Clients

The women I work with often bring the weight of trauma, mood instability and life's challenges living through the effects on ruptured relationships. Together we build a road map to peace, safety, wellness and the life they hope for.

My Background and Approach

I've worked in many different settings, landing with my focus on women's mental health and wellness. With nearly 30 years of experience in, I bring a creative and compassionate approach to the work together.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in social justice, women's rights and non-harmful, free speech. I have volunteered for Planned Parenthood since I was a teenager and believe in a women's right to choose her own health care.
