About My Clients
My expertise is in helping individuals heal from trauma, abuse, PTSD, anxiety, depression, family issues, and adolescent/childhood issues. Many of my clients are struggling to cope with painful memories or relationships and desire to enhance coping, self-worth, communication, and healthy boundaries. I specialize in working with women, teens, and children (ages 4+). I am accepting in-person clients in Arlington, Texas as well as virtual clients in Texas.
My Background and Approach
I am an LCSW that specializes in trauma therapy with both kids and adults. I am EMDR and TF-CBT certified, both evidence-based therapy modalities that research shows are most effective for client healing. My goal is to use clients’ knowledge of themselves and what works for them in conjunction with my knowledge of therapy and my own compassionate and nonjudgmental nature to create a healing space that is most supportive for each client. In addition to being a therapist, I’m also a wife and Mama to three. When I’m not in the office, you can catch me chasing around my kiddos while trying not to spill my coffee (again).
