About My Clients
Do you constantly feel like your brain is running a marathon you didn’t sign up for? Is your mind a swirl of unfinished thoughts, forgotten tasks, and missed deadlines? I know exactly what that feels like: the frustration, the restlessness, the constant “Why can’t I just focus?” ADHD can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to control your life. With the right tools and support, you can learn to work with your brain, not against it.
My Background and Approach
I combine integrative, holistic strategies with evidence-based medicine and prescribe medications when appropriate. Together, we’ll find a treatment plan that helps you focus, stay organized, and feel more in control, so you can finally move through life with clarity and confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My approach is shaped by years of nursing experience in inpatient and residential psychiatry. I help teens and young adults manage ADHD, anxiety, and depression using evidence-based medication along with strategies like executive function support, sleep optimization, stress reduction, and nutrition. My goal is to support long-term wellness by helping patients build resilience and thrive in school, relationships, and life.
