About My Clients
I support women and couples during the perinatal period—pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood—who are navigating identity shifts of matrescence, relationship changes, and intimacy struggles. Whether you’re facing overwhelm, disconnect, or a loss of self, I offer a safe, empowering space to process, heal, and reconnect with yourself and your partner.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA/FL) with a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) and ongoing training in sex and couples therapy. I specialize in the emotional and relational challenges of the perinatal stage—including the identity shift of matrescence, intimacy concerns, and postpartum transitions. My approach blends attachment theory, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and connected.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe the perinatal period is one of the most vulnerable and transformational times in life. The identity shift of becoming a parent—especially a mother—deserves compassion and support. I hold space for the complexities of matrescence, postpartum change, and evolving intimacy. I’m sex-positive, inclusive, and relational, supporting clients in reclaiming their sense of self, voice, and connection in every stage of this journey.
