About My Clients

I support neurodivergent individuals and families—including those navigating ADHD, autism, burnout, parenting stress, or late diagnosis. I don’t treat autism or ADHD as problems to fix, but I do help with the stress, overwhelm, and relationship challenges that often come from living in a world that wasn’t built with you in mind. My clients want to feel more understood, more resourced, and more like themselves.

My Background and Approach

I’m a marriage and family therapist associate with training in EMDR and trauma-informed care. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and families—including those navigating late diagnosis, masking, burnout, identity exploration, and relationship stress. As someone who is autistic and has ADHD myself, I deeply understand the need for a space that is both validating and empowering. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and deeply affirming. I won't ask you to explain or defend your neurotype. Instead, I’ll help you reconnect with your values, regulate your nervous system, and create meaningful change at your pace. I’m currently pursuing certification in ADHD treatment and working toward becoming a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist to further support my clients with the latest evidence-based tools. Whether we’re addressing trauma, communication, or day-to-day overwhelm, our work is always tailored to your needs.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in authenticity over perfection, accessibility over gatekeeping, and connection over conformity. I’m passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces for people who’ve spent too long feeling like they had to hide who they are. I'm an advocate for neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, racial justice, and disability rights. I volunteer with programs that support autistic individuals and those with disabilities, including equine-assisted activities. I'm also a proud member of the late-diagnosed autistic community, and I work to uplift voices that are often ignored in traditional mental health spaces. Therapy, for me, is about meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they find their way back to themselves, one day at a time.
