Mental health affects so much more than we realize in our day to day lives. Does everything feel overwhelming or exhausting? Does it feel like you just can’t get ahead in life and out of your head? Are relationships difficult to start and maintain? Those are just a few of the concerns that can be effectively addressed in therapy.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Nicholls State University in December 2020. I became a provisionally licensed counselor in 2021 and am currently working towards full licensure.
