My clients are often loved ones of people struggling with substance abuse, major medical issues, life stage changes and/or mental health disorders. We can work on defining boundaries, learning effective communication skills, and making self care a priority.

We will work together to identify achievable goals and what stands in your way. I will help you navigate these barriers by getting to the core of what holds you back and teaching you coping skills to improve your functioning.
