About My Clients
You deserve a therapist who really sees you, not just your symptoms. I welcome teens, adults, and parents seeking meaningful support, not just surface-level solutions. My approach is warm and collaborative, rooted in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices like CBT and DBT. I also incorporate creativity, mindfulness, and the things that matter to you, whether that’s music, art, sports, or storytelling. So let’s figure out what works for you together.
My Background and Approach
Before opening my private practice, I served as the Clinical Program Director of a Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) unit, where I supported individuals in acute mental health crises. I've also worked as a Trauma-Focused sports-based clinician and Program Coordinator, integrating play, movement, and expressive arts to help clients heal in ways that felt empowering and culturally responsive. I've also worked with perpetrators and victims of domestic violence and co-authored publications on Alzheimer's research in medical journals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Across every setting, my focus has always been the same: creating a safe, personalized space that focuses on supporting the client's needs. My practice is exclusively telehealth for your convenience and privacy.
