About My Clients
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, and life transitions, as well as relationship challenges and difficulty setting boundaries. Many of my clients are thoughtful and capable but feel overwhelmed, caught in overthinking, or unsure how to move forward. Others are navigating complex relationship dynamics, including narcissistic traits, control, or chronic invalidation, and want clarity, stronger boundaries, and greater confidence.
My Background and Approach
My work is informed by graduate training at Boston University, clinical experience at Massachusetts General Hospital, and advanced training in trauma and anxiety (CCTP-II). I have worked in both hospital and outpatient settings, including crisis work, assessment, and ongoing psychotherapy. I bring a broader perspective shaped by diverse life and professional experience, including a background in the arts, which allows me to connect with clients across a range of professions, including those in creative or high-pressure fields. My approach is thoughtful, grounded, and practical.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where you can think openly, without judgment, and understand yourself more clearly. Real change comes from both insight and action—gaining awareness of what’s driving your experiences while developing practical ways to respond differently. I take a thoughtful, grounded approach that helps you feel more in control, more confident, and better able to navigate your life and relationships. '
