I enjoy working with families struggling with interpersonal relationships, pre and post marital issues, communication difficulties, substance abuse, and trauma. I have experience working with individuals dealing with addictions and recovery, depression, stress, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self esteem, grief, anger management, self harming issues, and borderline personality disorder.

I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I use a person-centered approach with an emphasis on being mindful and solution focused. My goal as your therapist will be to help you feel safe, to build rapport, and trust in me as your therapist and in the therapeutic process. I will work collaboratively with you to help you achieve your personal life goals.
