You are a teen through adult, looking to accomplish goals or work on yourself or your life in some way. You may need some guidance, increased motivation, support, and listening. I look to highlight your strengths and help you reach your best self.
My Background and Approach
I have worked with a variety of clients, including those suffering from addiction, grief, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship and connection problems, identity (such as LGBTQAI+), and acceptance issues.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am very open-minded and believe in equal rights, treatment, voice, etc... I support all walks of life that do not hurt others. I identify as bi/pansexual and Ethical Non-monogamous & poly. I have worked with clients from these communities and many others. I am also an advocate for animal rights and environmentalism. I had my first child, this past December (2021) and I write creatively, work out and work on my own personal goals and connections, in my free time.
