My Background and Approach
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can feel safe to explore, heal, and grow. My work blends body-based practices, depth-oriented therapy and inner child healing, mindfulness, and relational therapy to support your mind, body, and spirit. I focus on helping you reconnect with yourself, shift old patterns, and build the confidence and clarity to create the life and relationships you want. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I believe in honoring the whole person, along their emotions and experiences, and not just labeling or pathologizing. My work is deeply relational, which means that healing and growth can come not only from the work done both inside and outside of sessions, but through the therapeutic relationship itself. I view our connection as a collaborative process where safety and trust are the foundation of meaningful change. Outside of my work, I find solace and inspiration in nature, reading, music, and writing. I love exploring and taking walks with my dog, and embracing the beauty of the present moment.
