About My Clients
Do you feel challenged to move forward in life because you have limiting and negtive core beliefs and sabotaging behaviors that are keeping you stuck? Do you have unprocessed trauma that's causing you to feel paralyzed by fear or the feeling of not good enough? Maybe you suffer from overthinking, anxiety, and lack of support. I offer both virtual and in person, Hypnotherapy sessions as well as group life coaching with a holistic model including mental health education and healing interventions.
My Background and Approach
My main focus with my clients is navagating through trauma and core beliefs that have negatively impacted us then releasing and rewiring new and more positive beliefs, emotions and behaviors. Together, my clients and I work toward increasing knowledge, learning new and more effective tools, identifying triggers, processing, releasing, extignguishing negative core beliefs and emotions, learning positive coping skills and incorporating mindfulness into their daily lives. These skills and more are provided in the therapeutic services I offer; allowing my clients a deeper dive into understanding and processing their trauma and negative core beliefs that hold them back from reaching their full potential. I utilize Hypnotherapy as my main modality in sessions an in my group coaching program. My experience as a licensed mental health professional offers my clients the opportunity to have a mix of traditional approaches and holistic approaches for the best possible outcome.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone is the expert in their own lives. I am simply the investigator who offers support, guidance and the opportunity for empowerment, inner alignment, and healing. My own journey with trauma and anxiety have taught me patience and grace and offered me a clearer understanding of the connection between our minds and our bodies and what is most effective for optimal functioning.
