My Background and Approach
I have training and experience with many trauma treatment approaches ( PE, CPT, WET, EMDR, DBT, IPT). which I apply in the context of a psychodynamic and relational approach to therapy. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 30 years of experience. I have training in many trauma treatment approaches and a belief that healing happens in the context of relationship. I have worked in University, VA, LGBTQ community mental health and private practice settings. All sessions are currently telehealth.
