About My Clients
I work with a diverse range of people, including highly sensitive individuals, folks experiencing anxiety and depression, those exploring non-traditional relationships, multicultural individuals, those seeking psychedelic integration, neurodivergent individuals, and more.
My Background and Approach
Using a humanistic, depth-oriented approach, I help clients feel heard, seen, and understood— providing new perspectives on their lives and addressing recurring themes and patterns in areas such as relationships, individuation, life-changes, emotional turbulence, and existential questions. I have experience facilitating groups and leading workshops, and I have volunteered at crisis hotlines and psychedelic integration hotlines.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The etymology of psyche comes from the Greek word psukhē, which means “soul.” In my work, I tend to the soul by offering a compassionate, supportive environment for self-discovery, healing, and personal growth to occur. I have a deep appreciation for the richness of the human experience, and I hold space for folks to navigate the complexities of being alive and ride the rollercoaster of life.
