My Background and Approach
I help people in transitions to restore their sense of calm, purpose and sense of control using a holistic approach. Focus is on restoring a balanced and positive mood and overall well-being. Therapy should be more than sitting across from the therapist and talking. Therapy should look at your diet, exercise, spirit, and of course talking. I utilize traditional talk therapy as well as Walk and Talk therapy where we walk outside during our session for a unique perspective. I also incorporate neuro-nutrient therapy; the use of nutrients and vitamins, supplements to help the brain achieve mood balance naturally without the use of medication. The tools you'll learn will help guide you forward. I look forward to teaching you the tools you need to take your life back. It's going to be okay.
