About My Clients
Life is complicated and messy. Sometimes you need a little help to sort through the mess and see the joy of the moment. That's where therapy comes in. In my office I strive to create a judgement free zone where you can safely and confidently sort through life problems.
My Background and Approach
My main areas of clinical experience have been working members of the LGBTQIA+ community and parents struggling with mental health. I utilize a strengths based approach in my sessions that includes skills from CBT, DBT, Motivation Interviewing, Narrative approaches, and seeking safety. But above all, I like to develop a secure and fun relationship with my clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Life can be extremely hard even in times when we feel we 'should' be happy. I want to be the person in my client's corner that can cheer them on when they do well and help them pick themselves up when they fall. I am accepting new clients at The Cole Center in Brecksville.
