About My Clients
I work with women who are experiencing challenges related to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. I offer a safe and judgement free space, so that you can get the support you need. Together we can re-discover your strengths, develop new skills and work towards achieving your goals.
My Background and Approach
I have worked with children, young adults and women, who were experiencing a wide range of relationship, behavioral and mental health issues. This experience includes, work in a community mental health setting, and also work as an advocate for women and children in a domestic violence shelter. I counsel from a person-centered perspective, and with the belief that you are the expert of your life. I tailor therapy and the techniques used to the individual, and to what would work best in achieving your goals
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all have the power to create the life we want, and that it is never too late for change and growth. Sometimes, we just need a little support and guidance along the way, to overcome the obstacles that are holding us back.
