I began this practice to support all those seeking a stronger relationship with themselves. I am here to support you on your journey to grow resiliently through adversity and reconnect with yourself. I believe therapy can have a positive impact on your emotions, health and mental wellness, and so many facets of your life. I utilize evidence-based practices to help you gain insight into the connection between your experiences and your emotions. Together we will build skills to cope with and process burnout, anxieties, and the experiences and challenges that come your way. We want to help you shift from feeling stuck and disconnected to capable and full of purpose - to truly live your life fully.

I believe therapy helps foster your connection between your mind, body, and emotions to understand your patterns and goals. My aim is to support your self-reflection and help you integrate what you discover within the therapeutic space into your daily life to create sustainable change. As a military spouse, I support active duty service members and their families navigate the transitions, challenges, and changes in military life.
