About My Clients
I know it can be difficult to find someone you really feel safe with, who you can trust, who won't judge you. I love working with those who identify as poly, LGBTQIA+, and in the kink community. If you're currently in a place where you're thinking, "I don't know if I can do this anymore" or if you sometimes wonder if you're "too broken" to feel better, don't give up. You've taken the first step to getting help. You are worth following through and seeing what the next steps can offer.
My Background and Approach
My philosophy on therapy is to do what works best for the individual. I see you for who you are and who you hope to grow into. I believe we have the potential to be healed in relationships--ours is no exception. Together we will learn and grow from each other. I completed my M.S. in Clinical Psychology. I'm a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) through Yoga Alliance. And, I'm completing my 300 hr certificate in Mind Body Therapy. It's my goal to offer a truly holistic therapy experience: mind, body, and spirit.
