My Background and Approach
My background includes working with adults, adolescents, and geriatric patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. I utilize a client-centered approach, integrating cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to tailor our sessions to your unique needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We all experiences our own challenges and have our own stories. I believe that two people can experience the same events but the impact of them can be completely different. It can be hard to adjust to challenges and changes but not impossible. With support and understanding we can make unimaginable changes. I have no control over a lot of things but I believe that I was put on this Earth to provide that support to those of us who maybe don't have a big support system or find that it's hard to reach out to friends or family due to the fear of being judged.
