My Background and Approach
Since 2000, I have had the pleasure of working in the field of mental health. Throughout those years, I have worked with individuals, families, and groups in many areas. I utilizes a person-centered approach while incorporating mindfulness, humor, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. Additionally, I use the Gottman Method Couples Therapy in my relationship/couples work.
